One day before she surrendered to authorities and began her jail sentence, Paris Hilton made a surprise appearance at the MTV Movie Awards. During an interview, she expressed fear over her jail sentence and said this:
“I'm really scared but I'm ready to do this. And I hope that I'm an example to other young people.”
She then went on to say that the jail sentence had caused her to reflect on her life.
“Even these past couple weeks, it's completely changed my life,” she said. “Even though it's a scary thing I'm using it in a positive way and when I come out, I can't wait to start my new life and be even stronger than I am now.”
Example to young people? Changed my life? Start my new life? What’s going on here? Has she seen the light? The real light as in, Jesus Christ kind-of-light? A couple of weeks ago, a picture of Paris holding a Bible was released to the media, so it’s not out of the realm of possibilities. What sort of words of advice would you give Paris on how she can be “an example to young people” and start her “new life?”

my 1st point of advice, stop setting a BAD example. with all her sleeping around and trying 2 become more popular, she's showing people that its ok. my 2nd, would be to REALLY examine her life. she has had, to Christians, i guess, a "bad" life. i think someone needs to tell her about God and the real truth. she probably was holding a Bible so she would look good.
oh, and why is she goin 2 jail?

all i have to say is its not to late to change.and that stuff may or may not be true (like the comment above she may just want to look good)
and to the other people reading this:
the best way to help her is to PRAY!

I think it would be awesome for Paris to become a Christ follower, first because she DOES have such a large sway over the youth of America, but also because of all the bad things that she has done. Everyone, Christians and non-Christians alike, seem to realize that she has made many bad choices. If she were to surrender her life to Christ, and try to follow Him as a way of life instead of just a "look at me, i'm bettter now, let the good little girl out of jail"...It could help b=ring about the great spiritual awakening in the USA that some of us have been praying for. So while this may seem weird, pray for Paris Hilton. Romans 8:28 says it will all work out for us who beleive and are called!

paris should just ask Jesus into her life and take control of eerything. Jesus said "call unto me all of you that are burdened and i will give u rest". i believe Jesus will give Paris rest, only if she calls unto him.

God is not impressed with the "wise" of the world. The foolishness of God is wiser than man. God doesn't need Paris Hilton or Lindsey Lohan or Brittney Spears to cause revival. but each of these young women, and all their wannabes need HIM. So, yes, pray, pray, pray. That the glory of the Lord will fill all the earth as the waters cover the sea. Pray that God's kingdom will come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Pray that people will know that there is a God in heaven Who is very interested in the affairs of man. So much so that Christ died in order to be in fellowship with us. Even for the Paris Hilton's of the world. But Paris is not more important than our neighbor or the beggar on the street corner. Share the faith, spread the Word, keep the truth visable through your life.

personally i think it would be great if she came to christ, but unfortunatly i think she's just doing this b/c she has a problem. i think she wants people to forgive her b/c she all-the-sudden is carrying a bible, and now she's a good person.
she needs to serve her time, and the media needs to forget her. i care that she'll come to christ, and lets pray for her, but get her off the media. its annoying.
