If any of you are into American Idol you know who Jason Castro is, but do you know how much he loves Jesus? Because I didn't until a friend sent me to the I Am Second website and I saw this video (click here for a better quality video):
This is the kind of guy I hope y'all are looking for. Not vampires from books or the latest superstar or the hot guy in your school, but a guy who really loves Jesus and is trying to live for Him. Isn't it encouraging to know that they are out there? Keep in mind that the guys who really love Jesus are usually looking for girls who really loves Jesus, and that's something you can be working on as you trust God with your life and whoever He has lined up for you. Who knows, he might even have great hair and a nice smile like Jason Castro :)

Oh my goodness! I loved jJasin Castro on Am. Idol and I am so happy he lives for the Lord and is true to himself!

Wow! I've always loved Jason Castro, but I had no idea that he was such a strong Christian!! Thanks so much for posting this video; this has showed me how important it is to find a guy who truly loves God.

Thank you so much for this video! It pushes me so much more to find a Christian guy who loves God more than anything else. I know that waiting for a guy like Jason is way better in the end than having a bunch of hot guys in your life that aren't Christian and will lead you astray. This video just made it easier to wait, in a way. It gives me a lot of encouragement to wait so that one day, my husband will be a man of God and will love Him first, before me.

wow! jason castro was amazing on american idol, but i think it's great that he dedicated his life to Christ, and that he talks about God and sings about him to millions of people!

i never really did watch american idol, but i was aware of jason and the fact that he was a Christian. i think that's wonderfull and think that there need to be more people like him out there.

Thank you for sharing this video. Wow, what a treat to hear a young man talk so openly an lovingly about his faith. Teenagers get put into a summed-up category of "alyways selfish and doing wrong" and I believe that there are more good and good-doing teens out there than bad!!! I hope my girls will grow to be so open and giving of their faith and love through Christ.
